Abstract Submission

Anatolian Pain Society International Congress 2024 (APSIC 2024) is an international congress and is aligned with the criteria for associate professorship.

Key Information:

  1. 46 Speakers from 23 Countries: A total of 46 speakers from 23 different countries will participate in APSIC 2024.
  2. Peer Review Process: All oral presentation submissions will be subject to peer review and plagiarism checks by the scientific committee.
  3. Official Language: The official language of the congress is English. All abstracts must be submitted in English, and accepted oral presentations will be delivered in English.
  4. E-Book Publication: Accepted abstracts will be published as an e-book with a unique ISBN after the congress.

Abstract Submission:

  1. Abstract submissions should be sent to apsic@anatolianpainsociety.org.
  2. Each author may submit up to two abstracts, and a maximum of two presentations may be made by the same author.
  3. Authors presenting an abstract must complete their registration for APSIC 2024 by October 2, 2024.
  4. Abstract Submission Deadline: October 2, 2024.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  1. Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 400 words. Full articles, references, and citations should not be included. Tables should be limited to a maximum of 3, and figures to a maximum of 5.
  2. Times New Roman, 12-point font should be used for the entire abstract.
  3. Authors’ names should be listed in the order of contribution, and the presenting author should be indicated with an asterisk (*) or an underscore (_).
  4. No academic titles should be used for authors’ names.
  5. The presenter’s contact information must be accurate and up-to-date.
  6. Abstracts should include the following sections: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract Text, Keywords (up to 5).
  7. If there are multiple authors or affiliations, these should be numbered accordingly.
  8. The title of the abstract should be capitalized only for the first letters.
  9. The abstract text must include the following headings: Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  10. Authors are responsible for ensuring the correct use of grammar and spelling.
  11. All abstracts should be submitted to apsic@anatolianpainsociety.org.
  12. All clinical and experimental studies involving human or animal subjects must comply with European regulatory authorities’ ethical standards. Ethical approval must be documented for all accepted oral presentations (Systematic reviews and meta-analyses do not require ethical approval; case reports require ethical board approval if written consent from the patient cannot be obtained). The scanned version of the ethical approval must be uploaded by the specified deadline for oral presentations.
